A Strong Voice for
Maynard's Future

As a Maynard parent with a daughter in our classrooms, I am deeply invested in the daily success of our schools. I’m running for School Committee to bring a collaborative, common-sense approach to our leadership—one that prioritizes student growth, empowers our teachers, and provides the stable, transparent leadership needed to ensure a sustainable future for the community we call home.

Bryan Delaney

Meet Bryan

I am a Maynard resident and father to a daughter currently at Green Meadow. Like many of you, I have a direct stake in the success of our classrooms and want to leverage my background for the betterment of Maynard Public Schools.

My professional background is in managing complex computer network infrastructure and large-scale software systems. I am a problem-solver by trade, and I believe in a logical, data-driven approach to overcoming challenges. I want to bring that same pragmatism to the School Committee; ensuring our decisions are efficient and sustainable, while always remaining grounded in the values of equity and fairness for all of our students and staff.

My Priorities

Academic Excellence

Advancing toward state performance targets by ensuring every student has equitable access to a high-quality, future-ready education.

Fiscal Responsibility

Applying complex problem solving to district finances to ensure our resources are managed with transparency, fairness, and long-term efficiency.

Community Partnership

Cultivating stable leadership and clear feedback loops that empower teachers and treat families as vital partners in our children’s success.
